4284.11—Award requirements.
In addition to specific grant requirements, all approved applicants will be required to do the following:
(a)
Enter into a grant agreement with USDA in form and substance similar to the form of agreement as may be published within or as an appendix to the applicable RFP;
(b)
Submit a feasibility study and business plan showing the viability of the venture, if any Federal grant and matching funds are to be used as working capital;
(c)
Use “Request for Advance or Reimbursement” to request advances or reimbursements, as applicable, but not more frequently than once a month;
