3560.616—Rates and terms.
(a)
The interest rate for on-farm labor housing loans will be 1 percent.
(b)
The term of the on-farm labor housing loan will not exceed 33 years.
(c)
Loan amortization for on-farm labor housing may be on a monthly or an annual basis.
