For the convenience of the user, the revised text is set forth as follows: Subpart G—West Coast Groundfish—Recreational Fisheries § 660.352 Recreational fishery—prohibitions. These prohibitions are specific to the recreational fisheries. General groundfish prohibitions are found at § 660.12 , subpart C. In addition to the general groundfish prohibitions specified in § 600.12 , subpart C, of this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to: (a) Sell, offer to sell, or purchase any groundfish taken in the course of recreational groundfish fishing. (b) Use fishing gear other than hook-and-line or spear for recreational fishing.
