2634.502—Definitions.
For purposes of this subpart (unless otherwise indicated):
(a)
Senior Attorney means the Office of Government Ethics employee designated as the manager of the qualified trust program.
(b)
Trust restrictions means the applicable provisions of title I of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, subpart D of this part, and the trust instrument.
