2412.14—Fees.
(a)
As provided in this part, the Authority, the General Counsel or the Panel will provide a copy of the records to the individual to whom they pertain. There will be a charge of ten cents per copy of each page.
(b)
Any charges may be waived or reduced whenever it is in the public interest to do so.
