1.1408—Number of copies and form of pleadings.
(a)
An original and three copies of the complaint, response, and reply shall be filed with the Commission.
(b)
All papers filed in the complaint proceeding must be drawn in conformity with the requirements of §§ 1.49, 1.50 and 1.52.
