(1) The Coast Guard plans and specifications may be obtained from the Commandant (CG-521), U.S. Coast Guard, 2100 2nd St., SW., Stop 7126, Washington, DC 20593-7126 or a recognized laboratory listed in § 160.047-6b.
(2) The Federal Specifications and Standard may be purchased from the Business Service Center, General Services Administration, Washington, DC 20407;
