159.001-2—Right of appeal.
Any person directly affected by a decision or action taken under this subchapter, by or on behalf of the Coast Guard, may appeal to the Chief, Marine Safety and Environmental Protection (Commandant (CG-5)) as provided in § 1.03-15 of this chapter.
