201.1—General definitions.
When used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates:
(g)
State means the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. The term “State” with respect to American Samoa applies to the programs set forth in title IV-A and IV-F of the Act;
(h)
State agency means the State agency administering or supervising the administration of the State plan or plans under title I, IV-A, IV-F, X, or XVI (AABD) of the Act;
(i)
The terms regional office and central office refer to the regional offices and the central office of the Family Support Administration, respectively.
