1326.17—Access to information.
A tribal organization shall:
(a)
Establish or have a list of all services that are available to older Indians in the service area,
(b)
Maintain a list of services needed or requested by the older Indians; and
(c)
Provide assistance to older Indians to help them take advantage of available services.
