8340.0-7—Penalties.
Any person who violates or fails to comply with the regulations of subparts is subject to arrest, conviction, and punishment pursuant to appropriate laws and regulations. Such punishment may be a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not longer than 12 months, or both.
