136.116—Reports.

In addition to the reporting and information requirements provided in subpart J of 45 CFR part 74 made applicable to grants under this subpart by § 136.114, each recipient of Federal financial assistance shall make such reports and information available to the Indian people served or represented by such recipient as and in a manner determined by the Secretary to be adequate.
