52.2032—Intergovernmental cooperation.
(a)
The requirements of subpart M of this chapter are not met because the plan does not identify other State or local agencies or their responsibilities for implementing and carrying out designated portions of the plan.
(b)
The requirements of subpart M of this chapter are not met because the plan does not indicate that Pennsylvania will transmit to the neighboring States of Maryland, New York, and West Virginia data about factors which may significantly affect air quality in those States.
