905.735-504—Procedures for obtaining statements.
(a)
Upon the adopting of the regulations of this part, the Ethics Counselor shall deliver to the incumbent of each position named in § 905.735-402 and to each special Government employee, two copies of the appropriate form for filing a statement of employment and financial interests. An enclosure with the forms shall advise that:
(1)
The original of the completed form must be returned in a sealed envelope, marked “Personal—In Confidence,” to the Ethics Counselor within the time specified by the Ethics Counselor;
(2)
The services of the ethics counselor are available to advise and assist in preparation of the statement;
(3)
Any additions or deletions to the information furnished must be reported in a supplementary statement at the end of the calendar quarter in which the change occurs; or in the case of a special Government employee, at the time the change occurs; and
(4)
No later than June 30 of each year, all special Government employees and employees required to file under § 905.735-402(a) shall file an annual supplementary statement to update the information previously filed.
(b)
The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for assuring that a completed statement of employment and financial interests is obtained from each special Government employee prior to the beginning of employment or service with the Corporation. The Administrative Officer shall promptly forward the statements to the Ethics Counselor for review.
