410.3—What activities may the Secretary fund?

The Secretary provides grants for basic support for the education and training of Indian students, including—

(a) Training costs;

(b) Educational costs;

(c) Equipment costs;

(d) Administrative costs; and

(e) Costs of operation and maintenance of the institution.
