380.2—Who is eligible for an award?
(a)
Applications for Statewide demonstration projects under § 380.4 may be submitted by public and nonprofit community rehabilitation programs, designated State units, and other public and private agencies and organizations.
(b)
Applications for community-based projects under § 380.5 may be submitted by public and nonprofit community rehabilitation programs, designated State units, and other public and private agencies and organizations.
(c)
Applications for technical assistance projects under § 380.6 may be submitted by public agencies and nonprofit private organizations that have experience in training and provision of supported employment services.
