(a)
The draw of the Seaboard System Railroad bridge, mile 30.7 at Richmond Hill, shall open on signal if at least 15 days notice is given.
(b)
The draw of the highway bridge, mile 37.8 near Richmond Hill, need not be opened for the passage of vessels.
