935.151—Island permit for boat and vehicle.
(a)
No person may use a privately owned motor vehicle or boat on Wake Island unless he has an island permit for it.
(b)
The operator of a motor vehicle shall display its registration number on the vehicle in a place and manner prescribed by the Commander.
