317.1—Purpose

This part provides policies and procedures for the Defense Contract Audit Agency's implementation of the Privacy Act of 1974 (DCAA Regulation 5410.10, 1 as amended, (5 U.S.C. 552a ); DoD 5400.11 and DoD 5400.11-R, 2 “DoD Privacy Program” ( 32 CFR part 310 ); and is intended to promote uniformity within DCAA.
