275.1—Purpose.
This part:
(a)
Updates policies and responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for obtaining access to financial records maintained by financial institutions.
(b)
Implements 12 U.S.C. Chapter 35 by providing guidance on the requirements and conditions for obtaining financial records.
