285.633—How do I comply with my COP?
(a)
Based on MMS's environmental and technical reviews, we will specify terms and conditions to be incorporated into your COP.
(b)
You must submit a certification of compliance annually (or other frequency as determined by MMS) with certain terms and conditions of your COP that MMS identifies. Together with your certification, you must submit:
(1)
Summary reports that show compliance with the terms and conditions which require certification; and
(2)
A statement identifying and describing any mitigation measures and monitoring methods, and their effectiveness. If you identified measures that were not effective, then you must make recommendations for new mitigation measures or monitoring methods.
