285.316—What payments are required for ROW grants or RUE grants?
Before we issue the ROW grant or RUE grant, you must pay:
(a)
Any balance on accepted high bids to MMS, as provided in the sale notice.
(b)
An annual rent for the first year of the grant, as specified in § 285.508.
