36.22—Standard VII—Elementary instructional program.
(a)
The elementary instruction programs, grades one through six, shall include but need not be limited to:

Each school shall integrate the following content areas into its curriculum:

Environmental and safety education,
(3)
Health education (includes requirements contained in 24 Stat. 69),
(4)
Metric education, and
