1001.6—Submitting applications.
(a)
Applications for inclusion in the applicant pool will be accepted on an on-going basis.
(b)
Applications may be mailed or hand-delivered.
(c)
Applications for negotiations in 1996 that are mailed must be postmarked no later than May 16, 1995.
(d)
