212.21—Public records.
In accordance with this subpart, USAID makes the following information and materials available for public inspection and copying:
(a)
All final opinions (including concurring and dissenting options), and all orders made in the adjudication of the cases:
(b)
those statements of policy and interpretations which have been adopted by the Agency and are not published in the Federal Register; and
