652.200—What is the purpose of this subpart?
(a)
This subpart provides guidance to States to implement the services provided under the Act, as amended by WIA, in a One-Stop delivery system environment.
(b)
Except as otherwise provided, the definitions contained at subpart A of this part and section 2 of the Act apply to this subpart.
