154.108—Composition of rate schedules.
The rate schedule must contain a statement of the rate or charge and all terms and conditions governing its application, arranged as follows:
(a) Title.
Each rate schedule must have a title consisting of a designation of the type or classification of service (see § 154.103(b) ), and a statement of the type or classification of service to which the rate is applicable.
(b) Availability.
This paragraph must describe the conditions under which the rate is offered, including any geographic zone limitations.
(c) Applicability and character of service.
This paragraph must fully describe the kind or classification of service to be rendered.
(d) Summary of rates.
This paragraph must briefly set forth all components of the rates, refer to the location of the rates in the Currently Effective Rates, and provide a description of the calculation of the monthly charges for each rate component.
(e) Other provisions.
All other major provisions governing the application of the rate schedule, such as determination of billing demand, contract demand, heat content, and measurement base, must be set forth with appropriate headings or incorporated by reference to the applicable general terms and conditions.
(f) Applicable terms and conditions.
This paragraph either states that all of the general terms and conditions set forth in the tariff apply to the rate schedule, or specifies which of the general terms and conditions do not apply.
