420.51—Responsibilities—general.
(a)
A licensee shall operate its launch site in accordance with the representations in the application upon which the licensing determination is based.
(b)
A licensee is responsible for compliance with 49 U.S.C. Subtitle IX, ch. 701 and for meeting the requirements of this chapter.
