1281.10—General.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Bank Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1430c ), this subpart establishes:
(a)
Three single-family owner-occupied purchase money mortgage housing goals, and one single-family refinancing mortgage housing goal;
